I often joke that I'm a professional photographer of my kids, but amateur at everything else. As an avid hobbyist, my skills were required to step up a notch starting in the Fall of 2009 when I photographed a family wedding and three months later another wedding, not as a professional rather as a gift. And then in the summer of 2010, I was asked by a friend to photograph their baby naming ceremony; and so, based on those events, my passion for photography soared. However, what continues to be most important is that photography stays enjoyable for me, from planning the shot to editing the results.

While my easiest subjects are my kids, the galleries on this site also represent my creative view from new ventures in event, travel, conceptual, and sports action photography. Those are my interests but I'm willing to take on any photographic task and I'm open to an opportunity to assist a professional as a means to increase my experience and my portfolio.

I shoot a large amount of photos and video from DSLR to mobile sources, such as my Canon T2i or Panasonic TS3 waterproof camera or my Sprint Samsung Epic mobile smartphone; as such, while image quality may vary, hopefully the captured moment is what inspires.
